Here is a brief summary of the loan process:

We review your documentation and issue you a pre-approval letter --> You find a home and put in an offer --> Offer gets accepted --> You celebrate for a moment, then submit your contract to us --> This is the latest point in which you would need to remit all your documentation for full submission --> We will email you disclosures --> you sign, date, initial and send back disclosures --> We submit the loan to the lender --> Your file goes into underwriting --> We receive conditions back --> We order appraisal and submit all conditions required for approval --> If the appraisal validates the value and all the documentation is present, we set up a closing date --> You close and are now a Homeowner!
